What is Virtual Office Center?
Basically, your business receives the advantages of having a business address without leasing an actual office, eliminating overhead, hiring staff, and best of all never signing a long term lease. Virtual Office Center can redirect your mail to your home address. Our staff can answer incoming calls, take messages and dispatch them accordingly for a monthly charge from 9:00 a.m. until 5:00 p.m. Monday through Friday. Monthly Charge is $40.00 per month with 100 inbound calls per month.
Virtual Office Center provides you with the
opportunity to meet up to 6 clients in a conference room rented by the hour on a pre-booked basis for presentations, seminars, or training sessions. The hourly charge for this service is $25.00 per hour and a 1 hour minimum is required.

We provide you with a professional mailing address in Northwest Indiana where we will receive, sort and forward mail to your home address or other office. Monthly charge starts at $35.00* Special (Regular Monthly Rate is Charged at $90.00 per month) and we forward mail out on the 15th day of each month, We also provide bi-weekly service at a charge of $15.00 and we forward mail out on the 1St and 15th day of each month, and we can also provide your business with a weekly rate of $25.00 where we mail out your mail out every Monday. Please note that bi-weekly and weekly accounts are assessed our $35.00 monthly fee.

Mail Forwarding For Your Own Personal Mail
$15.00 per month and we forward mail out on the 15th day of each month, We also provide bi-weekly service at a charge of $15.00 where we forward mail out on the 1St and 15th day of each month, and we can also provide a weekly rate of $25.00 where we mail out your mail every Monday. All this plus your $15.00 per month

Q. How long does it take to set up and activate my new account?.
A. The very same day if paying by credit card, otherwise as soon as we receive your payment.
Q. Can I receive a refund?.
A. Sorry, we do not offer any refunds or pro-rate your monthly service.
Q. How much advance notice do I need to provide Virtual Office Center that I would like to close out my account?.
A. Our policy is a 30 day written notice.
Q. How will you bill me?.
A. We bill through Pay-Pal which accept Visa, Master Card, American Express and the Discover Card.
